We are seeking a Water Mitigation Sales Estimator to join our growing team in Ozark, Missouri. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing water damage, helping them understand the restoration process while developing accurate estimates and coordinating project opportunities.
This position is ideal for someone with sales experience who enjoys working directly with homeowners, insurance professionals, property managers, and business owners. Previous water mitigation, restoration, construction, or plumbing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses strong communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.

Respond to water mitigation and restoration opportunities throughout the service area
Meet with homeowners, property managers, and business owners to assess water damage situations
Develop estimates for mitigation and restoration services
Explain recommended services and project scope to customers
Build trust with customers and guide them through the restoration process
Coordinate project information between customers, office staff, technicians, and management
Maintain communication with insurance representatives and adjusters when applicable
Follow up on estimates and assist in converting opportunities into completed projects
Maintain accurate documentation, photos, and project records
Support business growth through exceptional customer service and relationship building
Previous sales or customer-facing experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in water mitigation, restoration, construction, plumbing, or related industries preferred
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Comfortable discussing project costs, timelines, and service recommendations
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn estimating software
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
