Full Job Description

Palco Industrial Marking and Labeling, Inc. is a manufacturer and distributor in the custom labeling and printing industry, providing high-quality pressure-sensitive labels, marking and coding products to a diverse customer base. We are seeking a Manufacturing Administrative Assistant to support daily administrative and production-related operations in a fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment.

This position is ideal for an organized and detail-oriented professional who can support production workflows, maintain accurate records, and coordinate across departments. The Manufacturing Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Label Coordinator and Production Manager and collaborate with purchasing, production, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure efficient and accurate operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide administrative support to production and labeling operations in a manufacturing environment

· Enter and maintain accurate data in production and inventory systems

· Process and complete production-related forms and documentation in a timely manner

· Track and maintain inventory records and assist with inventory organization

· Create, maintain, and update Microsoft Word and Excel documents and tracking tools

· Coordinate and communicate with internal departments, customers, and vendors as needed

· Maintain organized filing systems for production and administrative records

· Assist with general office support and additional projects as assigned

Qualifications & Experience

· Previous administrative experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or production environment preferred

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks efficiently

· Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams

· Proven work history with reliable attendance

· Ability to lift 70 lbs.

· Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen, background check, credit check, and physical required
