Company Introduction

DoctorHere Primary Care Clinic – Marketing Lead

Location: New York / New Jersey Office + Remote (Hybrid)

Position Type: Full-Time

About DoctorHere

DoctorHere is a rapidly growing primary care clinic chain built around an AI-powered operating model, pursuing an active roll-up growth strategy building new clinics across New York and New Jersey. We're looking for a Marketing Lead to own the full marketing function, from strategy and analytics to hands-on campaign execution, as we scale into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end marketing strategy for new patient acquisition across all DoctorHere clinic locations in New York and New Jersey
Oversee marketing analytics and funnel tracking, from top-of-funnel awareness through appointment booking and fill rate
Calculate and manage CAC (customer acquisition cost) across channels, and use it to guide budget allocation
Design and manage both paid (digital ads, Kakao/Google Ads, etc.) and unpaid (community outreach, referral networks, organic content) marketing strategies
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform expansion into new clinic markets
Build and localize marketing content and campaigns for diverse, multicultural patient populations
Lead per-location marketing plans for new and existing clinics, coordinating with clinic operations and physician teams
Manage relationships with outside vendors, designers, and agencies supporting marketing execution
Track and report on campaign and clinic performance metrics, translating data into actionable strategy
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, physician/specialist outreach, and leadership teams

Requirements

2-3 years of marketing experience
Proven experience owning marketing strategy end-to-end, ideally including both analytics/funnel work and hands-on campaign execution
Strong grasp of marketing analytics: CAC, funnel tracking, conversion metrics, and using data to drive decisions
2-3 years of experience with both paid and organic/unpaid marketing channels
Comfort with market research and translating findings into go-to-market strategy
Excellent project management skills, able to manage multiple clinic locations and campaigns simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual Korean/English strongly preferred
Interest in healthcare, and specifically in growing a multi-location primary care clinic brand
Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, clinical, and executive teams
