Full Job Description

What do you get to do as the Registered Nurse? The RN is responsible for development and coordination of health related operations in order to ensure individuals are provided with needed medical services and support to live the fullest life possible.

Ensure that all Physicians’ orders are signed and filed in the appropriate files.
Schedule medical appointments and ensure that the appointments are kept.
Monitor all controlled meds, medicine cabinets, and the electronic MARS.
Review medical charts periodically for accuracy.
Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to keep them up to date on issues, concerns, or recommendations.
Ensure that the direct care staff is aware of the required rules and regulations in medication administration as they are related to the staff’s regular duties.

What do we need from you?

RN with a valid Ohio Nursing license.
Working knowledge of Medicaid/Licensure rules and regulations.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and other related computer programs; basic math skills.
Acceptable background and related registry check(s). A valid driver’s license, a verifiable low risk driving record, and proof of insurance are required
