Join Our Growing Team at Impact Compounding Pharmacy!

Impact Compounding Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a full-time role supporting both our administrative operations and compounding department. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a specialized pharmacy setting.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Position Overview:

This role includes a combination of administrative responsibilities and hands-on support in the compounding lab. You will assist workflow, filling prescriptions and patient communication under the supervision of a pharmacist. You will also be cross-trained in our non-sterile compounding lab.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacy staff with daily workflow
Communicate with patients regarding prescriptions and followups
Support operations within the compounding department
Maintain accuracy, organization, and compliance in all tasks
Crosstrain in multiple areas of the pharmacy

Qualifications:

Pharmacy technician certification preferred
Compounding experience preferred, but not required
Must be willing to become certified within one year if not currently certified
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
