Administrative Assistant — Entry Level Location: Millsap, TX Job Type: Full-Time

About the Position

We are hiring an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to support executive leadership and day-to-day business operations. You'll get direct exposure to proposals, compliance, insurance administration, and data management, with a clear path to take on more responsibility over time.

We're looking for someone sharp, organized, and good with numbers, not necessarily someone with years of experience.

Responsibilities

You'll help prepare customer proposals and project documentation, and build and maintain spreadsheets we use for tracking, reporting, and operations. A big part of the role is accuracy: performing reconciliations, calculations, data verification, and catching discrepancies before they become problems. You'll also assist with compliance documentation and reporting, support insurance-related administrative tasks, and keep data organized across the multiple software platforms we use day to day. Beyond that, you'll provide daily administrative support to leadership and help suggest ways to keep projects running more smoothly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred, along with 0–2 years of professional experience. You should be proficient in Excel and comfortable with numbers and analysis, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills. This role also calls for someone who can pick up new software quickly, work across multiple systems at once, and communicate clearly in both writing and conversation. Since the pace can be fast, you'll need to multi-task well, stay self-motivated, and be comfortable working independently.
