Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a dependable, highly organized individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of bookkeeping and administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.

Bookkeeping responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Preparing and processing invoices
Purchasing and tracking expenses
Adding new jobs/projects into the system
Generating bookkeeping and project-related reports
Maintaining accurate and organized financial records

Administrative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Scanning, copying, and organizing documents
Assisting with the preparation of reports
Answering and directing phone calls
Booking flights and coordinating travel arrangements
Running occasional business-related errands
Providing general administrative support to team members as needed

Candidates should be proficient in:

QuickBooks
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Adobe Acrobat

The ideal candidate will be:

Highly organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
Professional and able to communicate effectively
A collaborative team player who is willing to assist wherever needed
