Responsibilities
As one of our professional accounting staff you will service and advise clients as well as manage and mentor staff.

Essential Functions:

Prepare, review, and or sign individual and business tax returns
Perform planning with clients to optimize current and future tax years
Oversee other services for clients that would be manged such as bookkeeping, payroll and sales tax.
Manage and mentor other members on staff
Work Closely with Financial Advisors to provide Tax Expertise on joint clients.

Qualifications
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

At least 6 years of full-time experience with individual and/or business tax preparation is required
Experience with trial balance is required
Experience with QuickBooks preferred
Strong technically background
Strong accounting background
Ability to organize data and prepare accurate financial statements
Spanish speaking is a plus

Full time (expect at least 60 hours per week during peak tax periods)
