Full Job Description

Position Summary

Daniel’s Summit Lodge is currently seeking to add a skilled line cook to our growing culinary team. Qualified candidates should be ready to work in a fast-paced environment while retaining the high standards of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Preparation of all hot & cold foods, meeting recipe specifications.
Must be proficient with basic line skills including grilling, deep frying, roasting, searing, ect.
Display ability to take detailed instruction from culinary leadership and property management.
Follows company policies and procedures.
Must be able to follow all sanitation standards.

Minimum Qualifications

· Acquire and maintain a Utah food handler permit within 14 days of on-boarding.

· Ability to speak, read and understand basic cooking directions

· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.

· Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift, up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.

· Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

· Exceptional hygiene and grooming habits.
