Full Job Description

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Millwright Maintenance Mechanic to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal production efficiency. Your expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly, safely, and reliably. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment where proactive maintenance and problem-solving are key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Under limited supervision, performs complex machining operations in support of our production operations.
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on machinery
Diagnose mechanical failures and determine appropriate repairs.
Operates various types of machine tools and performs progressive machining operations for metal parts, tools and machines with close tolerances or high finish requirements.
Fits and assembles where necessary, using machinists' hand tools and measuring instruments.
Has familiarity with working properties of various materials. Requires a technical degree and 2+ years of experience.
Work collaboratively with production teams to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Follow OSHA safety regulations, proper PPE usage, and company safety protocols.
Strong reading and writing skills in English

Qualifications:

Prior Maintenance Mechanic experience required especially in industrial or shop environments
Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, bend, kneel, use of both hands
and perform variety of maintenance mechanical tasks.
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety

Schedule & Flexibility:

10-hour shift Monday through Friday + Saturday
