The Impact You'll Make

The Accounts Payable Clerk plays a key role in ensuring that vendor invoices, subcontractor payments, and service provider accounts are processed accurately and on time. This position directly supports project continuity by maintaining accurate financial records, preventing payment delays, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.

What You'll Do

Receive, review, and process vendor invoices, matching them to purchase orders and delivery tickets.
Verify invoice details, including quantities, pricing, and approvals, before initiating payment.
Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, and other financial documents, both in paper and digital formats.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately when needed.
Provide administrative support to the accounting and operations teams as required.

What You'll Bring

Previous experience in accounts payable, or general accounting support.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred) and Microsoft Office applications.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
A cooperative attitude and willingness to assist in various office tasks.
