Full-Time/Permanent

Our team partners with clients across a wide range of industries to deliver high quality planning, architecture, and consulting services that drive meaningful impact. With a strong focus on collaboration, technical excellence, and client success, we pride ourselves on creating environments where ideas thrive and careers grow.

The Senior Architect / Project Manager will lead projects of varying size and complexity, overseeing design development, construction documentation, consultant coordination, and client communication. This role combines architectural design expertise with strong project management and leadership skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Industrial, healthcare or government experience is a plus!
Revit
Strong client communication experience

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget, and translate these into compelling design concepts.
Oversee the development of design presentations, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure all projects comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate into design solutions.
Represent the firm at client meetings, industry events, and public presentations.
