Full Job Description

A well-established and thriving real estate development company based in St. Louis, Missouri is seeking an attorney with significant experience in real estate, construction, and lending law to join its collegial in-house legal department in a leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for long-term career growth and stability along with a highly competitive compensation package.

The attorney in this role will handle a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, and easements. Loan and construction agreement experience is required. If you are an experienced commercial real estate attorney who wants to take a leading role, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is an on-site position based in St. Louis, Missouri.

Requirements for the Associate General Counsel - Commercial Real Estate:

12+ years of commercial real estate transactions experience
Experience with purchase and sale, easements, leases, loan agreements, and construction agreements
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
Outstanding references
Active license with a state bar

Position Details for the Associate General Counsel - Commercial Real Estate:

Compensation

Pay: The targeted salary range for this role is highly competitive and commensurate with work experience, qualifications, and credentials.
