Forget the "stuffy" corporate accounting firms. We are in an exponential growth phase, and we’re looking for a hungry, detail-oriented Client Account Specialist to join us on the ground floor.

If you are a recent grad (or have a few years of experience) who wants more than just data entry—if you want to see how a business actually scales and work directly with our Executive team—this is your spot.

The Role

You won’t just be a number here. You will own full-cycle accounting processes and play a critical role in our clients financial health. You’ll be the right hand to our leadership, ensuring our operations run like a well-oiled machine.

What you’ll be doing:

Full-Cycle Accounting: Manage the General Ledger, A/R, and A/P.
Financial Storytelling: Assist in financial statement preparation and budgeting to help us see where we’re going.
Operations Support: Handle payroll, bank reconciliations, and audit controls.
Strategic Compliance: Navigate the nuances of business licensing and alcohol compliance laws (we’ll train you on the specifics!).
Executive Partnership: Provide direct support to Executives, giving you a front-row seat to high-level decision-making.

Who You Are
