St. Louis CDJR is a rapidly growing dealership seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. Responsibilities

Present finance and protection products to customers in a professional and ethical manner
Secure financing through lender relationships and financial institutions
Maximize F&I product sales while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Ensure all finance and insurance paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and dealership regulations
Partner closely with the sales team to create a seamless customer experience
Monitor funding, contracts, and deal completion
Achieve monthly production and performance goals

Qualifications

Previous automotive F&I Manager experience preferred
Strong knowledge of automotive finance, lending, and compliance requirements
Proven ability to achieve and exceed performance goals
Exceptional communication, presentation, and closing skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
