Service Advisor/Paraplanner – Retirement Planning
The Role The Service Advisor/Paraplanner is responsible for owning day-to-day service relationships for clients, coordinating account and planning implementation, and supporting review meeting preparation and execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to client inquiries and service requests with strong follow-through.
- Build trust through proactive updates, clear next steps, and strong ownership of client requests.
- Assist Advisor(s) with pre-appointment preparation for assigned clients and prospects, including financial plans, reports, summaries, forms, account updates, client review materials, and overall meeting readiness.
- Attend client meetings as needed, document action items, and coordinate follow-up.
- Coordinate account servicing, including transfers, distributions, beneficiary updates, paperwork, and other account maintenance.
- Draft and send clear recap communications that summarize decisions, outline next steps, and reinforce client confidence.
- Maintain accurate client records, meeting notes, workflows, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal team members and third parties to resolve account issues quickly and professionally.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in client service, operations, or support within financial services, wealth management, insurance, or a related professional environment.
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to explain processes and next steps clearly, reduce confusion, and build trust.
- Exceptional organizational and task-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing quality.
- Ability to obtain applicable licensing, such as Series 65 and/or Life & Health insurance, within a defined onboarding timeframe if not already held.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active Series 65 and/or Life & Health insurance licensing.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as WealthBox, custodial platforms, and financial planning or reporting tools.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
