Independent Agents

We receive an impressive number of order requests across all 50 states on a weekly basis. Through the years this has allowed us to partner with some of the best independent closing agents in the country.

Independent agents are held to the same standards as our exclusively employed PDQ mobile closers. We create a profile for them in our system containing up-to-date credential information:

Criminal background screening
Commission information
Notary License information, if required by state
Errors and Omissions insurance
Signed agreement pertaining to our company policies

The performance of all our closing agents is monitored and evaluated by our local and national coordinators. Included in our evaluation is feedback pertaining to reliability, timely responsiveness, and professionalism, which includes attire and demeanor.

We ensure our mobile closers demonstrate keen attention to detail so that no critical information or instruction is missed. We collect both constructive feedback and praise from our title and lender associates and their clients when necessary. Pertinent information is filed in our notary records and communicated with our closers.

Those who have worked with us for many years and have consistently earned excellent feedback are generously compensated with a steady flow of multiple orders per week.
