The Numbers, Upfront
- Base salary: $90,000, guaranteed. Not a percentage model, not a risk-your-income structure.
- Performance bonus: up to $25,000/year, tied to patient outcomes and clinic growth
- Total earning potential: $115,000+
- Patient hours: an average of 30 per week. That's it. No 50-hour grind.
- Time off: approximately 6 weeks a year (3 weeks PTO plus roughly 3 weeks of holiday closures)
- Sign-on bonus: $2,500
- Malpractice insurance: covered. We invest in you before you see your first patient

Who We're Looking For
A doctor who wants to master clinical excellence, not just collect a paycheck. Coachable, humble, serious about growth. Wants to see complex, chronic patients. Wants a long-term clinical home where their goals can grow with them.
Prior training in Quantum Neurology, Applied Kinesiology, NET, CPK, or CRA is a strong plus, and if you have it, ask us about an enhanced offer. But it's not required. The right person matters more than the resume. We'll train the right doctor from the ground up, with dedicated one-on-one mentorship and case review, twice a week, every week, not a one-time onboarding and then you're on your own.
