We are hiring dependable Babysitters and Childcare Providers to support families throughout the St. Louis area. While this position primarily focuses on childcare, experience caring for seniors or adults is a plus and may provide additional opportunities.
Pay & Benefits
- $19–$21 per hour

Schedule Requirements
To be considered, applicants must:
- Be available at least 3 weekdays
- Have availability between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Be able to work 8–10 hour shifts
- Commit to at least 3 months of availability
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive childcare in family homes
- Plan fun, engaging, age-appropriate activities
- Prepare meals, snacks, and assist with daily routines
- Create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment
- Encourage children's learning and development through play
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's day
- Occasionally provide light companionship or basic support for adult family members when requested
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of childcare, babysitting, nanny, daycare, preschool, camp counselor, or related caregiving experience
- Adult care, senior care, or home care experience is a plus
- Two professional references
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependable, professional, and caring attitude
