Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible. This role requires proficiency in various computer applications, particularly Excel, and a strong ability to transcribe and manage files efficiently.

Duties

Input and update data into computerized systems with a high level of accuracy.
Perform order entry tasks, ensuring all orders are processed correctly.
Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
Create and manage spreadsheets using Excel.
Assist with administrative tasks as required, including transcribing documents and reports.
Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.
May assist with additional administrative duties, such as filing, emailing, and other office-related tasks as necessary.
Data Management: Safeguard sensitive data, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

Experience with order entry or similar data management systems is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently.
Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
Strong typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to handle repetitive tasks and maintain focus
