Key Responsibilities

Sushi Preparation: Skillfully prepare a variety of sushi dishes, ensuring freshness and presentation meet our high standards.
Ingredient Management: Maintain inventory of sushi ingredients and ensure proper storage and handling.
Menu Collaboration: Work with the kitchen team to develop and improve sushi offerings, incorporating seasonal ingredients.
Quality Control: Monitor food quality and cleanliness to uphold safety and health regulations.

Requirements

Previous experience as a sushi chef or in a similar role within a full-service restaurant.
