**Responsibilities**
- Act as a crucial liaison between organizational stakeholders, end-users, and the technical development team.
- Elicit and manage information from business users to facilitate solution development.
- Analyze software implementation processes, including business requirements, process design, procurement, testing, and support.
- Understand organizational structure, relationships, and business rules, identifying linkages between strategies, people, data, systems, and policies.
- Model current business processes (“as-is”) against evolving requirements.
- Utilize various techniques to analyze business operations and initiatives.
- Define project success criteria and validate requirements throughout the lifecycle.
- Manage project concept phases and framing to guide system requirements and business case development.
- Deliver high-level business requirements, functional and non-functional specifications, and detailed requirements.
- Provide support during build, development, testing, and delivery phases, including change management.
- Identify project delivery issues and risks, assisting with mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate closely with IT professionals across all project life cycle phases.
- Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders, from senior business leaders to technical teams.
- Contribute to the professional and technical development of team members.
- Coordinate customer feedback to capture changes in business requirements.
- Offer quality assurance guidance to vendors on system requirements and integration deliverables.
**Required Skills (Must-Haves)**
- Experience developing applications using ASP.NET MVC / .NET frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in C#.
- Expertise in JavaScript, jQuery, and modern front-end development practices.
- Experience with SQL Server and database management tools (e.g., SQL Server Management Studio).
- Familiarity with cloud-based application deployment (e.g., Azure development).
- Proven ability to build scalable, secure, and maintainable web applications.
- Understanding of source control and collaborative development workflows using Git.
- Experience developing and supporting native mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
- Proficiency with Swift for iOS development and Kotlin for Android development.
- Experience integrating and maintaining mobile application back-end services (e.g., Firebase).
- Experience developing and supporting applications built with .NET Core 2.1 and Angular.
- Experience developing and supporting applications built with .NET 6 and React.
**Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)**
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular.
- Exposure to containerized development environments (e.g., Docker).
- Experience using Node.js and front-end build tools (e.g., Gulp).
- Familiarity with development tools including Visual Studio Code (VS Code) and .NET SDK v8.0.
- Experience with database tools such as DBeaver.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and support modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with mobile application architecture, deployment, and maintenance across app store environments.
**Compensation**
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $70 – $85.
Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
