Position Overview:

We are seeking an exceptional Senior UX Designer (contract-to-hire) with strong B2B or e-commerce experience to lead all creative and UX initiatives. This role is highly digital-first, with a focus on driving user engagement and conversion across websites, lead gen pages, product pages, and online campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to craft seamless, user-centered experiences that balance brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end UX process: discovery, wireframes, prototypes, final designs, and validation.
Design and optimize e-commerce experiences including: landing pages and campaign microsites, product and category pages, checkout and post-purchase flows, and B2B lead generation funnels (landing pages, guides, lead magnets)
Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, development, and content teams to deliver cohesive experiences.
Leverage analytics and testing to iterate on designs and improve conversion rates.
Maintain and evolve a scalable design system across multiple brands and digital properties.
Ensure responsive, accessible designs for desktop, mobile, and tablet.
Provide creative direction for multimedia assets (e.g., video, interactive tools).
Support occasional print and offline design (brochures, trade show displays, packaging).

Required Qualifications

5+ years’ professional experience as a UX/UI Designer (with e-commerce focus).
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes, responsive web design, and high-quality UI execution.
Skilled in design tools (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent) for wireframing, prototyping, and pixel-perfect mockups.
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, with ability to collaborate effectively with developers.
Experience applying data and analytics to design decisions.
Demonstrated attention to detail, process, and visual polish.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience designing e-commerce platforms and optimizing digital funnels.
Familiarity with usability testing, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping in agile workflows.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices (WCAG standards).
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field (preferred but not required).

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year (bonus opportunities available)
