Full Job Description

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Insurance Account Representative, where you'll play a vital role in building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional insurance solutions. This energetic position offers the opportunity to engage with customers, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored insurance products across health, life, property, casualty, and commercial lines. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive customer satisfaction and help expand our client base in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Whether working in retail sales or outside sales settings, you'll be at the forefront of helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

Duties

Develop new client relationships through outside sales efforts, telemarketing, and community engagement to generate leads and expand market presence.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products, including health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance policies.
Negotiate policy terms and premiums with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while adhering to insurance regulations.
Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track client interactions, policy details, and follow-up activities.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through exceptional customer service and ongoing benefits administration support.
Educate clients on insurance options, coverage benefits, regulatory requirements, and claims processes to foster trust and transparency.
Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to process applications efficiently and resolve client inquiries promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is a plus.
Knowledge of various insurance lines including health, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance is highly desirable.
Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.
Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and benefits administration tools.
Strong analysis skills to evaluate client needs accurately and recommend suitable coverage options.
Exceptional customer relationship building skills with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.
Ability to work independently in telemarketing or outside sales environments while maintaining team collaboration.
