Full Job Description

Junior Project Director – Quantitative Research

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Junior Project Director to work hand-in-hand with our custom research team to execute research projects. We’re looking for qualified candidates with an understanding of and interest in research analytics and techniques and a high level of attention to detail and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing multiple research projects simultaneously
Oversee data collection
Partake in data analysis
Proof, review and edit questionnaires
Check programmed questionnaires for accuracy
Manage fielding of projects
Assist with preparing tab plans and checking tabulations
Proof and post numbers for toplines and reports
Assist in creating reports and proposals

What You'll Bring:

0-1 year experience in market research
BA/BS in related field (market research, psychology, sociology, economics, business, industrial psychology, etc.)
Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SPSS.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Custom research experience, which is a definite plus

Work Environment

Fully remote position
Employees must maintain a committed, private, and distraction-free workspace
Standard business hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Some evening or extended hours may be required to meet client and business needs
Candidates may reside in most U.S. states but must be available to work within the Eastern Time Zone

Compensation & Benefits

Salary

$55,000 – $60,000 annually

Additional Compensation

Eligibility for a discretionary year-end bonus based on performance
