What you'll do on a typical day:

Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI, machine learning, generative AI, and advanced analytics products from ideation through deployment and continuous improvement
Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities where AI can drive operational efficiency, automation, and business value
Lead product backlog management, including prioritization of features, use cases, data requirements, and technical capabilities
Translate business needs into AI-ready requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable success metrics
Collaborate with Data Science, Machine Learning Engineering, Platform, Architecture, Security, and Operations teams to deliver AI solutions using agile methodologies
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, product demonstrations, and retrospectives to ensure successful product delivery
Develop and maintain AI product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and enterprise AI strategy
Monitor product performance, adoption, and value realization, making recommendations for optimization and enhancement
Identify and manage AI-related risks, including data quality, model performance, governance, bias, explainability, security, and regulatory compliance
Communicate AI concepts, opportunities, limitations, and business impacts to technical and non-technical audiences
Partner with stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation of AI capabilities
Contribute to the advancement of AI product management standards, governance, responsible AI practices, and MLOps capabilities across the organization

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in product management, digital product management, business analysis, or technical project management
Experience delivering AI, machine learning, advanced analytics, or data-driven products in an agile environment
Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, prioritization, and stakeholder expectations
Working knowledge of AI, machine learning, generative AI, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management concepts
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to navigate ambiguous business challenges and develop practical, scalable solutions
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Knowledge of agile delivery methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
Availability for limited travel, typically less than 10%

It'd be great if you also have:

Experience delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, or advanced analytics products at enterprise scale
Exposure to supply chain, warehousing, logistics, transportation, or industrial technology environments
Familiarity with MLOps practices, AI governance frameworks, and responsible AI principles
Experience working with data science, machine learning engineering, and analytics teams
Knowledge of data platforms, cloud technologies, and modern AI ecosystems
Experience measuring product performance, adoption, and business value realization
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
Experience supporting digital transformation and innovation initiatives
Passion for applying emerging technologies to solve complex business problems and create business value
