About the Role:
As our Director of Catering & Conference Services, you will play an integral role in delivering exceptional guest and client experiences while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
This role is ideal for someone who brings a passion for hospitality, takes ownership, and is committed to driving revenue, operational excellence, and memorable event experiences. Strong sales in weddings is a must for this role.

Drive catering and conference services performance through strategic planning and execution

Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all catering and conference events

Requirements

Leadership Requirements-
Proven leadership experience in hospitality, weddings, catering, conference services, or a related industry

Experience managing departmental budgets, forecasting, and revenue goals

Demonstrated ability to lead through change, innovation, and operational growth
Technical / Role-Specific Requirements-
Strong knowledge of sales in all things weddings, catering, conference planning, and event execution

Experience managing event logistics, banquet event orders (BEOs), contracts, and client communications
-
Ability to drive catering revenue through strategic selling, upselling, and business development

Strong understanding of Food & Beverage operations and event service standards

Proficiency in hotel sales, catering, and event management systems (Delphi, or similar platforms preferred)

Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Education-
High school diploma or equivalent required

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred

Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered
