Roofing Sales Representative / Project Manager

Roofing Restoration Inc.

Job Type: Full-time

Join One of Michigan’s Growing Storm Restoration Companies

Roofing Restoration Inc. specializes in helping homeowners restore their homes after hail and wind damage. We work directly with homeowners throughout the insurance claims process to ensure they receive the repairs they deserve.

We’re looking for motivated, self-driven individuals who enjoy meeting people, working outdoors, and controlling their own income.

No roofing experience? We’ll train the right candidate.

Position 1: Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)

Your primary responsibility is generating new business by:

Canvassing neighborhoods affected by hail and wind storms
Educating homeowners about storm damage and the insurance claims process
Scheduling roof inspections
Signing contingency agreements/contracts with homeowners

Compensation

$100 daily base pay
Commission of up to $500 per contract signed (paid after Roofing Restoration Inc. completes the project)

This role is ideal for someone looking to break into the roofing industry while earning a guaranteed daily rate plus performance-based commissions.

Position 2: Roofing Project Manager (Commission Only)

Take ownership of projects from start to finish while maximizing your earning potential.

Responsibilities

Canvass neighborhoods and generate new business
Perform roof inspections
Sign homeowner contracts
Meet with insurance adjusters during inspections and adjustments
Prepare and submit insurance supplements
Communicate with homeowners throughout the restoration process
Coordinate projects from contract signing through completion
Collect final insurance proceeds and customer payments
Ensure every customer receives exceptional service

Compensation

Commission Only

Commission is based on experience, performance, and responsibilities.
Unlimited earning potential with no cap on income.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must have your own reliable vehicle.
Must be willing and able to travel throughout Michigan to areas affected by hail and wind storms.
Comfortable climbing ladders and walking on residential roofs.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Sales or roofing experience is preferred but not required.
