Full Job Description

Classic Industries — the industry leader in restoration auto parts and accessories for classic cars and trucks — is seeking a full-time Accounting Associate to join our team in Huntington Beach, CA.

Key Responsibilities

Invoice Processing: Match, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and promptly.
Create and send accurate invoices and statements to customers
Process payments, follow up on overdue accounts
Check Processing: Assist with weekly check runs to ensure timely payments.
Freight Account Reconciliation: Manage high-volume freight accounts such as FedEx and UPS, including reconciliation and payment.
Vendor Communication: Resolve invoice discrepancies through direct vendor correspondence.
Administrative Support: Filing, scanning, photocopying, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Experience: 1+ years of accounting experience.
Skills: 10-key by touch, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Attributes: Punctual, reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
