Full Job Description

Hiring 1 Group Home Supervisor in Wadena

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage program activities, ensuring the smooth operation of the program
- Develop and implement program policies and procedures
- Oversee the delivery of services to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Provide supervision and support to program staff, including training and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program effectiveness
- Monitor program budget and expenses, ensuring financial accountability
- Maintain accurate program records and documentation
- Evaluate program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement

Experience:

- Proven experience in managing behavioral health programs or similar programs
- Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of budgeting principles and experience in financial management
- Experience supervising staff and providing leadership in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability in program management, including planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in program development is highly desirable
