From the dedicated, specially trained nursing staff to the specially formulated programming and living spaces, Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Canal Pointe has earned a solid reputation as a leader in the field of rehabilitation and health care.

We are looking for an experienced Dietary Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the dietary department, including menu planning, food preparation, nutrition education, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of nutrition and food safety.

Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the dietary staff.
Ensure that all dietary staff are properly trained and certified.
Develop and implement dietary policies and procedures.
Create and monitor menus to meet the nutritional needs of patients.
Monitor food production and ensure that all food is prepared according to health regulations.
Order supplies and equipment as needed.
Maintain records of patient diets, menus, and nutritional requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Holidays
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Ability to Relocate: Akron, OH 44310: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Work Location: In person
