Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong understanding of food preparation and the culinary industry. As a Server, you will play a vital role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all guest preferences are noted.
Deliver food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our quality standards.
Assist in food preparation as needed, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
Handle cash transactions efficiently using the cash register, ensuring accuracy in cash handling.
Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, enhancing guest relations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food served.
Perform basic math calculations for order totals and change due to guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in the food industry or culinary environment is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong math skills for cash handling and order processing.
Excellent guest service skills with a focus on guest relations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
