Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

Greet and assist customers as they arrive at the service department.
Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm appointments.
provide customers with updates on the status of their vehicles.
Address basic customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
Assist Service Manager

2. Administrative Support:

Assist service advisors in maintaining accurate service records and documentation and scan repair orders when completed.
Manage paperwork related to vehicle repairs, including work orders, invoices, and warranty information.
Maintain an organized filing system for service records and customer information.
Handle phone calls and route them to the appropriate service advisor or department.
Monitor the pick-up and delivery schedule and ensure prompt and efficient dispatching of drivers.
Assist with loaner cars, complete loaner forms, check in after loaner has been returned.

3. Technical Knowledge:

Develop a basic understanding of automotive terminology, repair procedures, and common automotive issues to assist customers effectively.

4. Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with service technicians, parts department, and other staff to ensure the timely completion of service jobs.
Provide support during busy periods and assist with customer drop-off and pick-up processes.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1.High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent

2.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, as needed.

1.Possess a Valid Driver’s.

2.Clean Driving History.

3.EPATCH-PA Background Check.

SUPERVISION:

The Assistant Service Advisor reports to the Service Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
