Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Assistant to join our vibrant marketing team! Duties

Develop and implement innovative social media content strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok to increase audience engagement and brand visibility.
Create high-quality visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other media editing tools to produce eye-catching graphics and videos that resonate with target audiences.
Manage social media scheduling using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and timely campaign execution.
Monitor social media channels through social listening tools and analyze engagement metrics using Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to optimize content performance.
Conduct keyword research and SEO practices to enhance content discoverability across digital channels.
Collaborate with the public relations team to coordinate branding efforts, manage online reputation, and respond to community inquiries professionally.
Track digital marketing performance through media performance analytics and marketing online analytics, providing reports that inform future strategies.
Support social media advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and conversions.
Assist in photography, video editing, proofreading, and content writing tasks to maintain high-quality standards for all published materials.
Engage with followers by managing comments, messages, and interactions to foster positive relationships and community growth.

Experience

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles is preferred.
Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), media editing tools, and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and monitoring campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research techniques, and social media content marketing strategies.
Experience in graphic design, photography, video editing, or related creative skills is a plus.
Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content creation accuracy.
Ability to analyze data from various sources including social media platforms and marketing analytics tools to evaluate campaign success.
Passion for digital marketing trends, branding consistency, and relationship management within online communities.
