Full Job Description

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our kitchen operations, ensuring that food preparation and service meet our high standards of quality and safety. You will work closely with chefs and other kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Must have reliable daily transportation, and can be at work Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 9 pm

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items according to established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations, utensils, and equipment.
Follow food safety guidelines to ensure safe food handling practices are adhered to at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate food preparation and service.
Support banquet operations by preparing large quantities of food as needed.
Help with inventory management by checking stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages.
Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on helping guests have a positive dining experience.
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management.
A passion for culinary arts and a desire to grow within the hospitality industry.
