We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Independent Travel Consultants. This is a flexible, 1099 commission-based position that allows you to build your own travel business while helping clients plan their dream vacations. No previous travel industry experience is required—we provide the training, tools, and ongoing support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do
As an Independent Travel Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor for clients planning vacations, cruises, tours, resorts, and other travel experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Consulting with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budget.
- Researching and recommending destinations, cruises, resorts, tours, transportation options, travel insurance, and activities.
- Creating personalized travel itineraries and vacation recommendations.
- Managing reservations, bookings, payments, and travel documentation.
- Assisting clients with changes, cancellations, and travel-related questions.
- Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after travel.
- Staying informed on industry trends, promotions, and destination updates.

Location & Flexibility
This is a hybrid/remote position. Our office is in Harrisonburg, Virginia and for candidates who are local, coming into the office is recommended at least once a week for training and coaching. We are primarily looking for candidates in Virginia, West Virginia, western Pennsylvania and Ohio.
The schedule is highly flexible and can be tailored around your lifestyle, family commitments, other employment, or retirement goals.
Important Compensation Information
This position is 100% commission-based. Travel industry commissions are typically paid after a client completes their trip, so it can take time to build consistent income.
Because of this, the position is best suited for individuals who:
- Have another source of income while building their business, or
- Are seeking a flexible side opportunity with long-term growth potential.
