Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Bookkeeper / Tax Preparer in a small CPA Firm

Duties

Manage and maintain accurate records within QuickBooks
Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances align with bank statements, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.

Qualifications

Proven experience working with QuickBooks Desktop and/or Enterprise and or Online.
Demonstrated expertise in account , balance sheet, bank reconciliation, and general ledger accounting.
Skilled in payroll processing,
Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel) with the ability to perform complex data analysis and 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry.
Familiarity with financial concepts such as debits & credits, double entry bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial report writing.
Experience with technical accounting tasks including account reconciliation and account analysis; prior bookkeeper experience is a must.
Excellent attention to detail combined with strong organizational & time management skills; ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour
