All In Meals is a rapidly growing meal preparation company dedicated to providing high-quality, chef-prepared meals throughout Oregon. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment.

Position Summary

The Dishwasher / Sanitation Technician plays a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our commercial kitchen. This position is responsible for washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring all work areas meet food safety and health department requirements.

Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and food containers.
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and food preparation areas.
Maintain proper sanitation procedures in accordance with food safety regulations.
Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently.
Sweep, mop, and maintain clean kitchen floors throughout the shift.
Remove trash and recycling while keeping waste areas clean and organized.
Restock cleaning supplies and notify management when inventory is running low.
Assist the kitchen team with maintaining an organized and efficient workspace.
Follow all company safety procedures and health department guidelines.
Complete additional cleaning tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial kitchen.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is preferred but not required.
