We are seeking a Pasta Maker to join our team! In this role, you will prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and other sweets. The ideal candidate has previous bakery experience and a passion for developing innovative desserts. If you are creative, hardworking, and want to share your tasty creations with customers, we’d like to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of Fresh Pasta cuts, Ravioli Recipes, and Extruded Shapes
Develop new and innovative recipes
Clean and sanitize equipment and prep areas
Prepare custom orders
Track, maintain, and order inventory as necessary

Qualifications:

Previous experience with pasta making or as a baker, chef, or similar role is preferred
Ability to use professional-grade kitchen appliances and equipment
Knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to thrive working on your own
Strong organizational and time-management skills
