What You’ll Do

Quote and sell multi-line insurance policies (Auto + Home/Renters/Umbrella and Life where applicable)
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Review coverage needs, recommend solutions, and provide guidance with empathy and professionalism
Coordinate with our team to ensure accurate applications and smooth policy setup
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the policy lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills
Sales confidence with a consultative approach (not pushy—helpful)
Comfortable learning insurance products and underwriting guidelines
Ability to manage leads, follow up consistently, and track progress
Licensed (preferred) or willing to obtain your insurance license quickly
