Overview

Are you eager to join a fast-paced car dealership with a high-energy sales environment? JP Ford & Nissan is seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to help drive growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. With on-the-job training provided, this is a fantastic entry-level sales opportunity for anyone looking to kickstart a lucrative career in automotive sales—no experience needed! We offer a competitive compensation package, including a $10,000 guarantee (contingent on meeting monthly sales goals), plus uncapped commission and bonus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct Vehicle Demonstrations: Engage customers in interactive product demonstrations, showcasing vehicle features and benefits.
Phone Skills: Do you like to talk on the phone ? You will be required to call Customers and discuss options, and set appointments.
Build Customer Relationships: Provide top-notch customer service, fostering loyalty and repeat business through customer relationship management (CRM) best practices.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Source new leads via cold calling, online channels, walk-in traffic, and referrals, while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Utilize Sales Software: Use our dedicated CRM system to track progress, manage customer accounts, and stay organized.
Collaborate with Team: Participate in retail, outside, and technical sales efforts, sharing best practices and contributing to a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

No Sales Experience Required – We provide comprehensive, hands-on training to set you up for success.
Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to connect with customers, Set Appointments, Build long term relationships, and Provide excellent customer experience.
Customer Relationship Focus – Proven ability (or strong desire) to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Comfortable working towards monthly sales targets, with the independence to manage your own leads.
Valid Driver’s License – Necessary for offsite events and vehicle test drives.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Base Pay + Commission:
$10,000 guarantee ($3,333/month for first 3 months) contingent on selling 10 vehicles per month
Uncapped commission, monthly bonus, and bonus opportunities for high performers
