The Nurse Manager Orthopedic Clinic will oversee operations within a high-performing Orthopedic Clinic and expanding Orthopedic Services line that includes Outpatient Orthopedic Services, Specialty Care, and Ambulatory Services. Connected to a 15-bed critical access facility in Colorado, recognized among the Top 100 Critical Access Hospitals by the Chartis Group, this program benefits from robust surgical volume, expansive specialty medicine clinics, high-quality maternity care, and local infusion services that prevent the need to travel. The Nurse Manager Orthopedic Clinic will help drive efficiency and patient-centered outcomes across pre- and post-operative orthopedic care, injury management, joint health services, and specialty musculoskeletal treatment in a community-focused outpatient environment.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Nurse Manager Orthopedic Clinic will provide operational oversight, clinical supervision, and strategic direction for the ambulatory orthopedic team. The Nurse Manager Orthopedic Clinic will mentor charge nurses and clinical staff, coordinate with orthopedic surgeons and advanced practice providers, manage staffing and quality metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a collaborative and supportive team culture. This role partners closely with friendly nurses, skilled medical assistants, rehabilitation professionals, case management, and administrative leaders to deliver seamless specialty care and outstanding patient experiences.
