Reporting to the Operations Manager, Manufacturing & Operations, the Stockroom Clerk is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory of materials and components that support manufacturing and operational activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring inventory accuracy, material availability, and efficient stockroom operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
This is an onsite role in our Ott manufacturing facility in Sterling, VA.
SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, Day Shift. Overtime may be required.
In this role, a typical day will look like:

Handles stocking material from incoming receipts.

Responsible for packaging and protection of stored material.

Issues material for the work orders on-time and according to the schedule.

Participates in cycle counts and inventory control.

Performs data entry operations to continually update the on-hand inventory.

Verifies transaction-posting accuracy.

Ensures the stockroom equipment is in safe operating condition and promptly address any equipment issues within 24 hours.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or related coursework preferred

A minimum of 1 year of stockroom experience.
It would be an asset if you have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Proficiency in Syteline ERP

Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Environment

Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $19.00 - $21.00 USD per hour.
