If you've worked in or around restaurants — managed one, served in one, or sold to them — you already know the daily grind owners face: phones ringing off the hook during a rush, delivery apps taking 15–30% off every order, empty social feeds, reviews piling up unanswered. SWIPEBY fixes all of it, and we need people who speak the industry's language to bring it to them.

SWIPEBY is a profitable, funded, hyper-growth AI startup — the AI Marketing Department for Main Street. Our AI answers every phone call, posts to social media daily, responds to reviews, runs digital ads, and brings customers back automatically — all done for the owner. We're expanding into new markets across the U.S., and we're hiring territory reps who know this world from the inside.

What you'll do

Own your territory – Prospect restaurants and local businesses in your market, in person and through outreach. You know where to knock and when not to (never during lunch rush).
Talk shop with owners and decision-makers – Walk in, connect over the realities of the business, and demo AI live: a phone agent that never misses a call, social content created automatically, reviews answered in seconds.
Close deals with a consultative approach – Match each business with the right solutions and sign them up.
Become the go-to advisor in your market – Build long-term relationships where clients call you first.
Grow with us – Today's territory rep is next quarter's Account Executive or Sales Leader.

What we're looking for

Restaurant or hospitality background strongly preferred – Management, front-of-house, catering sales, food/beverage distribution, restaurant tech, or years of experience selling to restaurants. If you've lived this industry, we want to talk.
Sales experience is a plus, not a must – We can teach selling. We can't teach a decade of industry credibility.
Hungry and self-motivated – You take initiative and push for results, no babysitting needed.
Great with people – From a line cook to a franchise owner, you connect and persuade with confidence.
Tech-savvy and adaptable – Comfortable learning and demoing AI-driven solutions.
Reliable transportation and comfort being on the road in your local market.
