Full Job Description

Our client is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator (LMS Administrator) to support employee training, onboarding, and learning initiatives across the organization. This role will play an important part in coordinating training activities, managing Learning Management System (LMS) functions, tracking employee development progress, and partnering with HR and department leaders to support employee growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience with LMS platforms, employee training programs, and onboarding processes. Candidates with previous Learning & Development, Training Manager, or LMS Administrator experience are encouraged to apply. The title and compensation structure may be adjusted based on experience level and previous responsibilities.

Hours: Monday – Friday

Position: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and support new hire onboarding activities during employees' first week.
Manage and administer Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including course scheduling, employee assignments, and tracking completion.
Assist employees with LMS navigation, training requirements, and system support.
Monitor employee training progress and provide regular reporting to managers.
Maintain accurate training records and employee development documentation.
Partner with training teams, HR leadership, and department managers to support learning initiatives.
Assist with updating training materials, documentation, and instructional videos.
Gather feedback from trainers and employees to improve training programs and processes.
Order, track, and assign tools for field service employees as needed.
Provide administrative support to the Training and Human Resources teams.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience supporting employee training, learning and development, or LMS administration.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) required; Cornerstone OnDemand experience highly preferred.
Experience with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, Absorb, or similar systems is a strong plus.
Previous experience coordinating training programs, onboarding, or employee development initiatives.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently while collaborating with employees and leaders across the organization.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
