Today, we meticulously craft our premium essentials using only the finest U.S. materials and sell them directly to our customers via our website. Our streamlined approach eliminates unnecessary middlemen, allowing us to deliver these high-quality essentials directly from our factory to our valued customers. Job Opportunity

We're seeking a Social Media Manager to enhance our brand's marketing efforts. You'll collaborate with our founder to oversee our social media channels, cultivate relationships with key influencers, content creators, and wholesale partners. The ideal candidate should have a marketing background, experience with social media scheduling, analytics, monitoring tools, and a portfolio demonstrating technical proficiency. We're looking for a self-starter, a strong communicator, someone passionate about social media. Our team is small and tight-knit, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for revitalizing apparel manufacturing in Detroit while advocating for the city, its lifestyle, and its creative culture. This position is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing startup in the apparel industry.

What You'll Be Doing

Oversee and manage GETTEES' social media channels, including content creation and community management.
Collaborate with the Founder and Creative Director to create content that tells the GETTEES story.
Develop and manage a content strategy to grow each social media channel, using audience and engagement insights.
Build relationships with influencers, content creators, and wholesale partners for brand promotion.
Analyze social media performance and provide actionable recommendations based on the findings.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with social media scheduling, analytics, and monitoring tools.
Knowledge and active participation in social media with a great eye for both creating and sourcing content.
You function effectively in a team environment, but are also a proactive self-starter who is eager to play a key role in growing a brand
Critical thinker with excellent multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Degree in Marketing or relevant field is a plus.
