**Key Responsibilities:**

- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.

- Organize and maintain filing and scanning systems for easy document retrieval.

- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office equipment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, ideally in the automotive industry.
