Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent working the 3pm to 11pm shift! In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for an unforgettable guest experience, from check-in to check-out. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love engaging with people from diverse backgrounds, this is your opportunity to shine in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and directing calls efficiently.
Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Maintain detailed records of guest stays, reservations, and billing information while adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
Enforce hotel emergency procedures confidently and calmly respond to any safety or security concerns during your shift.
Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest needs and maintain operational excellence.

Qualifications

Exceptional phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to work independently during evening hours while maintaining a lively, positive attitude that enhances guest experiences.
