Full Job Description

Global Security Operations Center Account Manager

Location: Gaithersburg, MD.

Pay: $38/hr.

Shift: Monday. - Friday 7am - 3pm. Additional hours as needed for site operations

SCIS is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to oversee operations and employees in a Global Security Operations Center. This position is ideal for a solid leader with security & GSOC experience, keen problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster lasting relationships with both employees and clients.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the management of employees and GSOC operations to include security and fire alarm monitoring systems, operating/monitoring communications equipment, logging shift activities, monitoring surveillance monitors and camera systems, processing required reports and making appropriate notifications.

What You’ll Do:

Supervise contract GSOC employees to ensure operational quality
Proactively address concerns with clients and employees
Oversee hiring, training, development, and retention in coordination with HR and leadership
Investigate incidents and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures
Manage payroll, accounting, and administrative processes
Ensure a professional, high-performance work environment

What You Bring:

US citizenship
At least 2 years of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement  Experience
At least 2 years of GSOC Experience and 2+ years of Supervisory Experience
Must have an active Dept. of Defense Secret Security Clearance
Must have or be able to obtain an MD Guard Card
Valid Driver’s License and Good Driving Record
Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and other computer applications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
