Trinity Solar is seeking a skilled Senior Residential Solar Installer to join our growing installation team. In this role, you'll put your technical expertise to work on residential solar projects, ensuring safe, high-quality installations that help homeowners make the switch to clean, renewable energy.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform residential solar panel installations on rooftops and ground mounts, including racking, module placement, inverter setup, and wiring.
- Ensure all work meets company standards, project specifications, and national (NEC) and local electrical codes.
- Assist with site preparation and material staging while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized jobsite.
- Accurately document installation details, including photographs, equipment layouts, and material usage.
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers, inspectors, and internal team members.
- Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and vehicle guidelines.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with residential solar installation required.
- Strong understanding of solar racking systems, inverters, and electrical components.
- Comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, and with a variety of power tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. regularly and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Professional and courteous communication skills.
- OSHA certification and/or NABCEP PV Installation Professional certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
